The best dermatology experience I’ve had.
I have gone to several dermatologists in the valley for my acne and none have been able to treat it except Dr. Cook. Dr. Cook and his staff were amazing, very friendly and patient with me. I have been going here for several years now and will continue coming back.

The worst office to deal with. After waiting 6 weeks to get an appointment, get ready to wait an hour to see the doctor. Expect around 5 minutes for him to hardly look at your condition, prescribe you a drug and be done. Then you’ll get charged for full office visits. If you have problems with your prescriptions for being over $1,000 a month, don’t plan on getting a call back. Waited over a month for one of my prescriptions because they claimed they were doing a prior authorization, but my insurance said they never received anything. The person I talked to was also very rude and sounded annoyed for having to give me answers. Schedule an appointment if you want to pay for very little service.

Friendly and efficient staff. The doctor was knowledgeable, efficient, decisive, and had an excellent manner. He answered every question. I felt confident in his assessment and course of action.

Saw Dr. Cook 3 weeks ago, had a biopsy of a skin rash on my leg, got a call back a week later with a diagnosis of Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Thankfully the scraping/burning procedure was done in his office and cancer removed since it was superficial and on the top layer of Epidermis. I found Dr. Cook to be very kind, helpful and concerned. Also honest which I appreciate. And his nurse Monica very kind and helpful too. Would highly recommend. Oh and I only waited about 15 minutes each visit.

Worst experience EVER! I waited for 2 hours, the receptionist said that the office is ALWAYS busy, like this, I had dermatitis and he did NOTHING! offered no real solution, only otc (over the counter) things that don't work! doesn't show any genuine interest in patients, spent 5 minutes with me. Good Luck!
