Helpful with my ear injury
At first when I called about an ear injury they said they were booked out several months, but when I explained the issue they were able to fit me in within a few hours. They were really helpful in taking the time to assess the issue and diagnose and treat it properly. I am very grateful for this.

I'll join the bandwagon. This guy is phenomenal. I've been to see Dr. Costello twice and I'll be back for another test. He takes a real interest in my issues and I feel like I talking to a concerned friend. Wish I could have him as my primary care doctor. Thanks Dr. Costello!

Highly recommend. He listens and explains everything clearly, never felt rushed. Always follows up. He's kind, caring and compassionate. Office is well run, staff is excellent, friendly and very helpful.

Helped me get through a terrible bout of tonsillitis and a tonsillectomy and did his absolute best to keep my pain level minimal and help me regain functionality as quickly as possible. Absolutely pleasant to deal with and always attentive (he remembers details about my procedures that even I can't recall)!

Dr. Costello has an excellent rapport with patients and their families. He is friendly, professional, knowledgable and remembers the patient so you always feel important. We moved, so we had to switch doctors and were so sad to do so because he put my son at ease and made every appointment so smooth. He is simply excellent with kids. I would recommend him to anyone needing an ENT. Additionally, we never waited for an appointment beyond 5 minutes.
