Horrible. Had lazer surgery on right eye. Left office with no vision but white lite.Said to keep using steroid drops and 2 months later still blurred. Staff is unfriendly. Do not get surgery from this office.

Disappointing
The staff was nice. I had surgery in April of 2023 on one eye. About a week after surgery I got a blur in my eye. Doctor didn’t know what was causing it. I asked if it could be permanent and he shrugged his shoulders. What!!?? Said give it time. I did with no new results. He gave me steroid drops to use for three weeks. That didn’t work. Then he did laser for scar tissue and that didn’t work. The last thing was he said my eyes were extremely dry and he put in temporary plugs in my tear ducts to see if that would help. That didn’t work. I will say he did try different things. Well we are into September at this point. I sure as heck didn’t want the other eye done. I ended up switching doctors. They told me I had a epiretinal membrane on my retina or another word for it is a wrinkle on my retina. They said it could be caused from surgery or age no way of telling. Why was I not told this by Dr. Findlan? Did he not know or did he not have the proper equipment to find that out?

zero stars!
My BF's experience with Findlan has been troublesome. His cataract surgery from the start has been complicated with poor results. Despite a repeat surgery and many follow up's he is unable to get straight answers or resolution. This is very sad as he is troubled daily with blurred vision in both eyes, pain and itching in the left eye which he's had done twice. Now the doctor is recommending a 3rd procedure. He is also mentioning development of scar tissue. No surprise considering repeated surgery?!! Unfortunately. Findlan was recommended by an ophthalmologist we trusted for decades. Please research who is doing your cataract surgery! Really wish we had done so. Definitely getting another opinion and not going back.

I would never recommend anyone to this doctor at all! He is all about the money and not patient care! I have made a mistake going to this practice. Please do not make the same mistake I did! There are too many Practices that are far more reputable then to go to him.

Staff was nice friendly and very attentive to me. I have to pay a specialty co-pay for this but it is worth every dollar. Had cataracts and one eye I took care of it I can see better than I ever have in this eye. I took the laser option which is not covered by insurance but this is in fact an eye it’s not worth getting cheap over. Took out a loan it’s well worth it. Dr Finlands at a fantastic job.

I am a former nurse that worked with Dr. Findlan in the operating room. He is a very gifted surgeon and I would recommend him to everyone. In fact, he has done eye surgery on many of my family members and friends. He is also my doctor! To top it off the staff is great from start to finish! I can not imagine going anywhere else for my eye health.

Dr findlan's office rescheduled my appt. 3 times & i was not informed of the third rescheduling wich caused me a waisted trip to his office on nov. 29. I am 66 years old & handicapped wich caused me undo hardship. He charges a fee if u do not cancel an appt.without 24 hr notice, i expect this fee to be remitted to me for him not making our appointment along with gas reimbursement. This is no way to run a business & wont b back.

He really didn't care what I had to say. Interrupted my questions constantly. Told me that I had cataracts and that he would remove them. Went there that day to get them removed and He told me he was giving me glasses instead. Doesn't care what you have to say. Runs in then runs out with no time spent with patient.
