AVOID AT ALL COSTS As the reviewer below. I had issues with Dr. Gilbert regarding pain. I had an appointment with him after dealing with an issue in the ER. It was very painful. An open leaking wound. He seemed annoyed that i was there and that it “didn’t look as bad” as the ER doctor had told him yesterday. He didn’t offer me any topical pain relief as I had been offered previously in the ER. He then roughly squeezed and palpitated it while I squirmed in pain and said “ow” a lot. Luckily my husband was in the room and said “How’s your pain” I said “it’s really bad”. Dr. Gilbert ignored us and began to try to pack the wound. It hurt so bad that I yelled “Stop, stop, stop, ” which he did and yelled back “Where did that come from. You were fine before!” I was in so much pain and so upset that I started crying. He refused to help us anymore. I left without him even finishing my care

Excellent doctor. Very helpful. Explains everything. Highly recommend.
