Dr. Graul is a highly-skilled surgeon who incredibly detailed and in my experience wants nothing than the best for his patients. For example, he asked me to return to the office to double-check a measurement that seemed "off" to him (it was, indeed, correct the first time). He is very thorough, extremely thoughtful when answering my questions and I would not trust another with my precious eyesight.

Rude
Apparently we are not the first to be yelled at during a Dr. Graul visit. He’s rude and short. I don’t care how smart or busy he is, but if he can’t act like a decent human being, he should find a more suitable profession.

While Dr. Graul may not be for everyone, he has been the perfect choice for me. He is direct, to the point and extremely thorough. While that may come off as rude or condescending to some, I can barely imagine the level of stress he and his staff must endure. At 52, I have had a rare form of Glaucoma since college. It was always treated as 'glaucoma' but I never knew what was causing it until seeing Dr. Graul. After cataract surgery and a glaucoma procedure in my left eye , I am now 20/20.

Terrible chairside manner - never warm and fuzzy but the final straw was when my father asked him to speak up he literally yelled at him telling him to wear hearing aids next time. Completely unacceptable. We have found a new doctor.

Not a personable person plus last visit consisted of over three hours of waiting. Final straw was when I asked the tech who was going over surgery appointment if we were done and was snapped at rudely. The absence of customer service makes this a place I'd rather not go.
