Amazing doctor
I have been seeing Dr Howard since about 1992. He has always been helpful concerned Dr. I dread the day he retires. The staff is always friendly. Office is clean. I have RA osteoarthritis and have had many problems over the years. He has tried different medications to help me stabilize.

Admittance to ordering wrong blood work
Dr. Howard admittedly said "I ordered the wrong bloodwork" so I asked if Dr. Howard would order the right blood work" he responded "let's wait 6 months to order the right labs" " Come back & see me in 6 months" Horrible, incompetent, unprofessional, unhelpful. Offered no treatment plan or strategies to stop progression of my autoimmune disease. It's past time for Dr. Howard's retirement if he is not going to help West Virginia autoimmune patients. Dr. Howard doesn't deserve 1 star! He deserves -5 star West Virginia patients deserve better. People are waiting many months to come to this doctor for absolutely no help whatsoever Pitiful

Worthless!
What a waste of time and money. He told me I needed a good stretching regimen. I had to go to Cleveland to find a decent Rheumatologist who helped me tremendously. This man needs to go South on a golf cart.

He needs to give it up; he didn't care about my pain, I was NOT asking for medication. I was asking for help I have severe pain, He didn’t take me serious. Like somebody wrote above( He is a know it all and knows very little). Good luck finding someone here in Charleston WV

I drove 2hrs to see him and was late due to road work and getting lost several times; I finally find the office and have to pay $3.00 to park and because I was late he won't see me and then the office manager came out and rudely asked me to leave and that Dr. Howard is not going to accept me as a new patient... I had waited in pain with no sleep for months for this appointment, it finally arrives and I paid $8 in tolls, $40 in gas, $3 to park all for nothing I still have Lupus w/no doc.
