Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Unlike most of the reviews I have read I feel that all of the reviews were written from a point of view from people who desperately need to visit a strong, straight-forward Psychiatrist such as Dr. Thomas Johns. It is clear that they all are crying out for more medications than they require. Dr. Johns is NOT going to simply give out prescriptions until he has had the opportunity to properly analyze each and every patient. I have found Dr. Johns to be an Excellent Psychiatrist.

In short, Dr. Johns appears to care nothing for his patients and is only interested in getting paid. My carrier's provider list was very short, and after looking at the online reviews it seems that only the bottom of the barrel of the profession are accepting BCBS these days. After calling around it seems that the good ones don't accept any insurance at all. Even with the poor reviews for this doc and others in the facility, I decided to give him a shot. Yes, the poor rating is well deserved.
