My experience was disapointing. Dr. Kasper is incompetent and therfore a lousy medical professional. He did not give me a biopsy as he should have when he saw that my PSA was on the rise. He instead continued to prescribe testosterone for me. I now have stage 4 prostate cancer. The board of Physicians in Maryland was made aware of this matter and have responded, stating they decided not to dicipline Dr. Kasper. He has since closed his practice and moved to Eastern Colorado. I do not recommend.
