Dr. Thomas Katzfey, DO

My teenage son had an appt scheduled with Dr. Katzfey, but drove to the wrong location. My son called his office and told them he would be 8 min late, according to Google maps. The office staff told him just to 'be safe and get here when you can'. Upon arrival at the office, the front staff denied getting a call at all from my son (I saw the phone record AND the phone number called). The office staff approached Dr. Katzfey to see if he would still see my son since he was now late to his appt. Dr. Katzfey refused to see him and told the office staff to make a new appt for my son because 'he needed to keep on schedule for his other patients'. It's unfortunate. Office staff and Dr. Katzfey were inflexible and not willing to work with my son at all. We will not use OlatheHealth Family Medicine Clinic - Black Bob; Olathe, Kansas location ever again.
