Barely interacted with me. Rushed through the foot inspection, which worries me because I’m a diabetic and my feet are one of the areas to keep an eye on. His demeanor seems as if he didn’t feel up to doing his work or meeting with a patient, i.e. me. My wife notified me that he was the same way when she met him.
