Had cramping and restless legs, he said it was B vitamin deficiency and ordered blood test to check in 6 months and did not order anything to help with my legs. Legs continued to get worse and B vitamin levels were normal. Seems to rush decisions and not take the time to do proper assessments and refuse to give previous muscle relaxer for the pain from fused bones in my back. Seems more worried about getting you in and out of the office to see the next patient. Doen't seem to care about his patients.

I normally see another Physician at the office, but he was out for the rest of the month due to quarantining himself. It was my first time meeting Dr. Kohl and will be my last time. He came in the room with a demanding presence and treated me as if my issues weren't real. He demanded me to "Let the psych meds work!" in a tone that should not be used with a patient. He dismissed my concerns as if there were completely invalid and offered no good routes because he deemed none of it necessary. At one point I asked if this was a waste of time and he elaborately said yes. I went in for a referral to a cardiologist and left feeling like I wasted his time... Thanks Dr. Kohl for giving me a stronger drive to be a Doctor! There was only one moment where he felt humanized and it was when I voiced a concern about paying for specialists.

Dr.Kohl and his staff are absolutely amazing. I saw him about a week ago. He is one of the only doctors who has actually listened to me. He took my symptoms seriously and ordered appropriate tests. I was referred to a specialist and I have an appointment in less than two weeks. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a male PCP.
