They are very friendly fairy, and they get your treatments done in an effective, safe manner. Very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend great staff.

If you are looking for excellent personal care, look no further. The local hospital does not want to support excellent doctors like Dr. Kowakowski. They prefer to make you wait 3 months in order to see a NP with no experience

My experiences with Dr. K & the entire staff have been excellent the past 5 months. Dr. K spent whatever time was needed with me (and my spouse) to explain my conditions, his diagnosis, treatment options, and to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed. Steroid injections and one RF cervical facet ablation worked awesome. The receptionists have been great in reminding me of appointments…and have been extremely friendly. I also like that they have an in-house MRI with staff….so if I needed an MRI it could be done that day. The nurses have all been extremely professional and friendly. I reserve my greatest compliments to my PT, Paul. He is amazing. He is not the typical PT. He has training in kinesiology and understands sports medicine. He explained the “why” of my pain issues and my personalized excercise program. He is like a body engineer. My core and functional strength is much improved…and I now know the “why” of what I need to do to minimize & prevent back pain

Very unprofessional! I sat in his room for 5-6hrs. Mostly just waiting. Finally, he decided he wanted to do “a couple” injections. I was told they would be relatively painless so I opted not to have sedation as it would have taken longer and I had already been there all day without anyone coming in to ask if I needed a drink or anything. During the procedure I tensed up from the pain and he yelled at me that I should’ve had sedation. Finally after about 50 injections I was free to go and I was in worse pain than I had been before. Went to regular doctor the next day and they did a CT scan to find that there was a fluid spot on my lung, most likely because he had punctured it with the needle. Dr K. also frequently yelled at his staff in front of patients.

I took my daughter to IPPMC for physical therapy and for a sports related injury. IPPMC was professional and the facility is absolutely beautiful. They offer every aspect needed for injury...state of the art gym, therapeutic pool, hot tub, MRI lab, and the staff from Dr. Kowalkowski to the staff who welcomes you to IPPMC was great! We have been to many other clinics in town who claim to offer pain management or physical therapy only to find out they only offer injections or give your child a pie

I went there for over a year and within a year they did at least 20 injections in my back none in which lasted longer than a day. They also did for MRIs. So if you have a good insurance they will be more than happy to put 20 injections and you and rack up the insurance bill.

Thank you Dr. Thomas for helping me with my spine pain. The clinic is always in great shape- clean and crisp. I enjoy my visit there everyday. The staffs are great. Much recommended to everyone.

I had been suffering with headaches for a long time. But after my visit at IPPMC, my headaches has reduced significantly. I saw few other therapies but always tend to go back to IPPMC. The staffs are always comforting and welcoming.

Will not discuss test findings, even when questioned directly. Doesn't seem to listen just treats with injections.
