As another writer said, this doctor is RUDE, and cut me off when I attempted to speak. He had little regard for anything I had to say. I have a complex gastro. history, which has created some complex issues. That did not matter to him, as he frankly seemed that he had far more significant things to do, than to listen to me speak. I felt like I was keeping him from something he deemed more important. I have not seen him since.

I have achalasia, a severe swallowing problem. My regular doctors were prevented from performing the emergency by their hospitals. Dr. Kramer at Mt Carmel East took me in as a new patient. He was great. He was willing to help me with my emergency without any hesitation.I highly recommend him. He is a 5 star doctor.

Very disappointed in this doctor. Called his office twice to get results of the biopsies he took during my colonoscopy and have yet to receive any call back (after a week). Then I get a call from my pharmacist who says Dr. Kramer has ordered some medicine for ulcerative colitis but I saw nothing in the report after the colonoscopy and know nothing of the biopsy results, so do not plan on taking medicine for something I may or may not have wrong with me.

This doctor is a joke! He’s also very rude and cuts you off when you try to talk. Doesn’t have patience and certainly doesn’t care to hear your opinions or issues. My first visit was less than 15 mins long. I was shocked it was that short! He wouldn’t run the stool test on me, instead he wanted me on antibiotics but wouldn’t tell me what they were for. The medicine made my gut worse! Finally switched to a Functional medicine doctor and I feel more like myself! And got to the “root cause”!
