Honestly, Dr. Kramer provided the worst experience I've ever had with doctor. I've seen him twice (although I'm not sure why I gave him a second chance). During both visits, he spent less than 1 minute with me. In fact, he spent more time dictating into his voice recorder in the hall after leaving and closing the door than he did in the room with me. Both times, he left without saying goodbye, mid-sentence, and never returned. Each visit, I had to find a nurse before I left to get a better explanation of what had just taken place. He offered no resolution to my pain, and offered no further diagnosis than what we both read on the radiologist's report - but he certainly made sure I scheduled my monthly follow up appointment. Visiting this healthcare provider is COMPLETELY POINTLESS. He has no empathy or people skills, and clearly lacks medical knowledge.

Dr. Kramer is a no-nonsense kind of doctor. If you need something, you are not filled up with pain meds, or sent to no-help Physical Therapy for months on end. He treats the problem as it should be treated from the start. His office help are amazing. I would highly recommend any of the doctors in his practice, but he is the one I highly trust.
