I AM 81 YEARS OLD AND LAEDTKE AND MY REGULAR DOCTOR ARE THE TWO BEST AT EXPLAINING ISSUES WITH MY HEALTH AND CONVERTING COMPLECATED MEDICAL ISSUES INTO LAYMANS LANGUAGE I HAVE BEEN HAVING SCANS FOR 15 YEARS AND IT IS THE FIRST TIME I FINALLY UNDERSTOOD MY MEDICAL CONDITION AND PROGNOSIS I HAVE BEEN DOCTORING SINCE I WAS 16 INCLUDING A CONGENITAL PROBLEM AT LEAST WITH BONE DENSITY YOU CANNOT FIND A BETTER SOURCE FOR YOUR CONDITION A BIG THANK YOU FOR HIS EVALUATION - IT IS A RELIEF TO FINALLY UNDERSTAND

I would say Thomas Laedtke is rather a service provider than a doctor.During an appointment he is usually emotionally disconnected and not willing to answer questions. He likes to focus on a paper work such as after visit notes.They contain plenty of irrelevant information,for example a note how a patient is dressed and groomed. I should mention that he was dressed appropriately for both appointments.His apparel seemed clean and he looked well groomed, too.During the second video visit he was not able to adjust his camera and due to that he was just partially visible. It takes an emotional intelligence to build a successful communication with a patient. In my opinion,he works better with numbers and papers.

Dr. Laedtke is a great doctor that genuinely cares about my health and well-being.

Dr. Thomas Laedtke is an excellent physician with a very caring, manner.. He usually sits down to chat about how I am doing. No other doctor I have does that. I know that he is giving me 100 per cent of his long education and knowledge when he sees me. He has gone out of his way to try and help me in several ways. He is genuinely a nice, kind person. .

You will never find a more kind, caring and compassionate doctor than Dr. Laedtke – anywhere! He is one of the most intelligent people I’ve ever met, always aware of the latest technologies so that he can provide the best of care for his patients, especially for diabetes. You will never feel rushed thru an appointment – he will always give you the time you need. He is truly the best of the best endocrinologists and he is highly regarded by patients and his colleagues.

Dr. Laedtke has a pronounced emotional disconnect and this Edina clinic insists you come in even if to receive simple test results. When telling him I was going to see another Dr., he got defensive and didn't have the common courtesy to wish me well even though he had treated me for cancer. I will say his knowledge of medicine is excellent and staff at the clinic is great.

Excellent. Dr Laedtke is kind, considerate and respectful. During my initial visit he spent time carefully asking questions and recording my responses. His complete attention was on me - not a computer screen. My follow-up visit was equally satisfying. He reviewed my test results, made treatment suggestions and answered my questions. I left my appointment pleased with my treatment plan - and with the knowledge that if I have any questions - I can always contact him.
