Completely Satisfied
Dr. Leach is an amazing physician. I saw him for a breast lift procedure together with areola reduction, and the results have been life-changing. I feel like my body looks 20 years younger!

EXCELLENT RESULTS
My mother is 93 with Alzheimers. She urgently needed a skin graft on her leg. After 2 unsuccessful attempts by another doctor, we found Dr. Leach and his fantastic team! Leading up to the procedure he had to see my mother multiple times to prep the wound, and tell her he had to remove a piece of skin from her stomach. Day of, Dr. Leach calmed my mother down, was gentle, the procedure went quickly, my mother didn't panic and had absolutely no pain. 6 days later we went back and the graft had started taking! We are 4 weeks out from the surgery and it's almost completely healed. I can't thank Dr. Leach and his team enough. I know this isn't a "sexy" procedure, but it is life saving.

I recently underwent a breast reduction surgery and could not be more pleased with the outcome. Dr. Leach is professional, friendly and patient in answering your questions. He displays a wonderful sense of humor which makes you instantly comfortable in situations which generally make a patient feel awkward and embarrassed. The entire process was seamless because the staff is competent from arranging your hospital appointment to your aftercare. The Staff at Penn-Medicine, in pre and post surgical care, were just as caring. I commend the entire team for making my experience as pleasant and uneventful as possible. I know that Dr. Leach can be counted on to address any future concerns, if they should ever arise.

I visited Dr.Leach for an abdominoplasty consultation . I had had an emergency csection when I was pregnant with my 1st child about 25 years ago . It was a vertical incision that ran from my belly button to my hip area. After 4 more pregnancies after that , my stomach was a mess. It looked like I had a butt in the front and no amount of sit-ups or planks could have toned my stomach muscles. If I could give Dr.Leach a million stars I would... he is a gifted surgeon and a truly wonderful doctor. He and his assisting surgeon saw me everyday I was in hospital and answered any questions I had. Pre-op and post-op care was more than I could have asked for. And the results? I am so happy I finally did this. My stomach is flat and I already feel that I am stronger . I think plastic surgery is something you do for yourself and everyone’s reasons are very personal. I’m glad I did this for myself and I’m so glad I found a brilliant surgeon to do it!

Dr. Leach recently repaired my nose after Mohs surgery. It was in an extremely difficult position. He explained exactly what he was going to do and did a wonderful job. This is the second time he has helped after Mohs. I am extremely grateful to him and his staff. I am very grateful for his good care. Thank you.

Dr. Leach is a very conscientious and caring physician. He takes time to explain every detail to his patients and to answer all questions. His office staff is more knowledgeable and helpful than the majority of doctors' offices I have visited.

regarding the Esthetician... Service (peel for melasma) itself was effective for the most part. Unethical-won’t go back and here is why… I was offered a treatment-quoted me $40, but when I go to pay I was charged $125. The cashier couldn’t explain the price difference. She said it included the peel. When I told her I had pre-paid for 3 peels, I got a lot of doubletalk. I stated I hope I have enough to pay my rent. This is TRIPLE what I was quoted. When I went back 2 weeks later, I again wa

I recently had to have mo's surgery for cancer on the tip of my nose. I was referred to Dr Leach because after it was cut away I needed reconstructive surgery. He explained how he was going to repair it and he answered all my questions. I found Dr. Leach to be very informative, patient, and very thorough. He did a great job on my reconstruction, and I would definitely recommend him.

Dr Leach is a gifted surgeon. He removed a cyst from the apple of my cheek five months ago. I was able to get an appointment on an urgent basis. The surgery was quickly scheduled and Dr Leach explained the procedure warning me I would be left with a scar although he would do his best to minimize the scar. Post surgery I had a 1.5 inch incision that I am honestly able to say after only five months has nearly entirely disappeared.

He is very pleasant and caring, works quietly and is informative about surgery, and expectations. This was my second experience of being stitched after a medical procedure and both times Dr. Leach was patient, followed up on me and gave me good results.
