Great doctor, but the office messes up care

My spouse and I were both patients for many years. Dr. LoRusso is wonderful, but the office mishandled our prescriptions. We tried to be patient. This has been an issue for years. My spouse has gone months without CPAP supplies because the office cannot communicate compliance to the provider. My treatments have been delayed. My current treatment lapsed and I let it go an extra two business days past their promised date before giving up.

After an initial appointment for sleep study, it has been 6 weeks without any word from his office regarding scheduling of the test. The only contact has been initiated by myself, and after 3 calls in, still no word. if a physician cannot handle his patient load, he should not be in practice.

The first time I went to Dr. LoRussos office I was very nervous. I had been having some health issues and was recommended to see him by my Cardiologist. After the initial breathing tests, etc. I saw the Dr., and was extremely impressed. He was very personable and made me feel very much at ease. His recommendations were very successful, although I am at this point having issues again, but that is obviously not his fault. I would highly recommend him to any of my family, friends or anyone !
