The doctor is nice enough but the staff is very bad. Last time I went they made me wait at the window for five minutes and then told me my insurance was canceled. I said I could call and get it straightened out but she kind of scoffed at that so I went home and called and immediately BCBS said they'd fax over the information. I called and left messages twice to get a new appointment and no one called back.

My husband and I have seen him for nearly 8 years. He is a great diagnostician and we appreciate his no-nonsense style. He is dedicated, reliable; and trustworthy. His referrals have been excellent. He brings peace of mind.

Just had my first visit with Dr. Lugas. His staff was exceptional. Dr. Lugas spent time with me answering any/all questions that I had. His approach is polite, caring and no nonsense. I like that! Friendly atmosphere at the office that puts you at ease. Highly recommend.
