This doctor and hi
Seen this doctor and 2 of his colleges was scheduled for surgery and it was another office visit, another co-pay with no results in 2.5 months His scheduling is always uncoordinated and really doesn't care about his patients, would rather complain about his own surgery. AT LEAST YOU GOT SURGERY MR MANN!!THANKS FOR RUINING MY LIFE!!

Surprised by Long wait time, rushed visit
Dr. Mann had done my L ACL repair 17 years ago which I received exceptional cares from reception, nurses, surgery, post-op cares.I was surprised and concerned when I had gone in for consult of my R ACL and waited for a whole hour after arriving 15 min. early to check-in (total 1 hr and 15 min). Not once did any medical personnel come in to inform me that Dr. Mann was running late.Dr. Mann came in looking flustered (very busy), but apologized for being late. I assume he is a highly requested Orthopedic Surgeon. Had questions about my MRI results and felt they were unanswered. I had concern about possible avulsion in my knee. Scheduled my ACL surgery with MA, which had no resources at hand for rental of DME for post-op. She advised I borrow, or use EBay to purchase. I informed her that when I had surgery 17 years ago, I was given information on DME rental places. A CPM machine to purchase is over $2000 and about $500 to rent.

Dr Mann Will Put You at Ease
Dr Mann is thorough, professional and does not jump automatically to surgery to resolve orthopedic issues. He has treated me for two concerns and his approach in both cases was conservative. He sometimes runs behind schedule, but when you have his attention, he does not rush through the appointment and patiently and thoroughly answers all questions. And I get the impression that he really enjoys his work!

Great Physician!
Dr. Mann has a gift of explaining in understandable terms what is happening with my shoulders and provide good information to make decisions regarding the course of care. He is conversational in helping you make decision on care yet straight forward about what he believes to be the best course of action at a given time. He takes his time to discuss issues without rushing through your questions. Admittedly, he often runs behind time . . . However, knowing he is giving each patient, including me, a time to thoroughly answer questions this is a minor issue. Just bring your phone or pad to read or take care of other business while you wait.

I really like Dr. Mann and have used him for several years for various knee problems due to meniscus tear, sprain, arthritis and age after being a runner for 45 years. He has always been kind and professional. Recently (the last 2 visits) he was an hour and fifteen minutes behind and so I sat in the room that long waiting. When he finally comes in, he is flustered, out of breath and in a hurry because he probably has way too many patients scheduled in a day. He wants to give the time needed with all my questions, etc but he just can't because of his tight schedule. I left both times with unanswered questions as what to do next. I am still in lots of pain, swelling, etc. When I called his office his assistant just said to call my PCP for any pain management needed. That was it! I thought Dr. Mann was in charge of seeing to it that my knee problems are resolved?! I really liked him when he wasn't so busy and rushed. I will find another orthopedic doctor.

I highly respect this doctor and have had previous experience, which is why I came back. The wait time can be very long later in the day when I can come in. I would rather wait to see him than go elsewhere. He is that good.

Waste of time and money
After waiting an hour in the waiting room and then another 20 minutes in the exam room doctor finally showed up spent probably 10 minutes with me I left there more confused about my injured rotator cuff and my fractured arm, which he seemed confused that (fractured arm) he was supposed to look at that too! And disappointed that I was not willing to make another appointment for the fractured arm part. I made the appointment for both, rotator cuff and fractured arm! He said they're independently specialties, so I think the disappointment came from not being able to charge for a second appointment! This was not a thorough appointment as far as explaining my injuries to me and what the MRI and x-rays revealed! The appointment was so fast it was a complete waste of time! Here's some physical therapy, bye-bye! I thoroughly believe doctors today are completely useless, who only work for the money, not to help people!
