Dr. Martin provided surgical service to me for hernia repair. He was very professional, personable and gave me a good feeling that my surgical outcome would be positive, and it certainly has. My most recent visit with him was via telephone, as a post-surgical checkup.

My post op progress could not go better. Dr Martin is patient focused, kind, caring, sympathetic and understanding. I've had a wide array of physicians over the past 40 years and work rank him up toward the top of my experiences. I felt totally trusting in the surgical course we faced. We could easily discuss the course of events unfolding, the results of tests, the scope of surgical intervention and post op progress. (2 urgent surgical procedures 2 days apart). As with any physician, care is a partnership. The surgeon does the operative work and the patient post op must follow the prescribed post op instructions. I have recommended him to several others seeking a general surgeon. In my book, he is 5?
