Dr. Thomas McFadden, MD

At initial visit Dr. McFadden showed me what to expect from a 'mid-face lift' as he called it.Plus I would have a laser resurfacing which he called the 'shrink-wrap'. I agreed I would behappy with the results he demonstrated by placing his fingers on my temples a pulling up.I can tell you I never got close to what he showed. I complained after 3 weeks when I realized the surgery had not in fact lifted my mid face. I was told to wait 3 months for full results. This never happened. At a final meeting 3.5 months post procedures. I was told that the resurfacing I had would never have worked because it was a 'lite' procedure. Imagine my dismay after having to wait three months without meeting with the doctor and he never tried to follow up with me during that time, despite my complaints. At the final meeting he also stated that what I should have had was a mini face lift, though he never said this at the first meeting. If I wanted a mini-face lift it would be $6000 additional.

I went in for a rhinoplasty in 2021, and at first it looked fine, but as swelling went down there was a big bump in the bridge of my nose. I went back and he tried to blame it on me, even though I wore a face shield for weeks and was incredibly careful. He did a revision, and while the main bump is gone, there’s a little nub on the top right of the bridge now, and my nasal passageways are tiny and it’s hard to breathe. Do not go here for a rhinoplasty if you want it done correctly.

I received a lower facelift /neck tightening procedure from Dr. McFadden. The first op was not successful. Dr. McFadden did a revision. After two surgeries, I have no lasting results. My chin is flabby and uneven, scars behind my ears are too long, scars in front of my ears are too far away from ear lobes. For the revision, the surgery suite was taken, even after Laura rescheduled my surgery appointment twice. My revision happened on a recliner in a waiting room. It has been almost a year and I'm in pain around my ears when I bent down for longer (no more yoga for me). Dr. McFadden blames me for not following up with a resurfacing laser. Per second opinions, a resurfacing laser is not a substitute for a poor lower face lift. I have contacted Dr. McFadden's office to ask for a refund. Instead, he fired me from his office.

Prior to my surgery I was very happy with the office and Dr. McFadden. However after my surgery it was impossible to get an appointment with him to discuss my results. Even when appointments were specifically scheduled for me to see him, I always saw the NP. Dr McFadden is a great surgeon but I feel as though him and his office care more about bringing new money in and not focusing on the people who have already spent the money in his practice. Very disappointing. My surgery was 2 years ago and I have been experiencing pain recently. I went into his office today to make sure everything was ok. I did not see him, I saw the NP who was very nice, but there was nothing done to verify that there is nothing wrong from my surgery. No ultrasound, no X-ray, nothing to verify that everything is where it’s supposed to be. I guess I will be seeing a different doctor to make sure there is nothing wrong.

Abby is the BEST! I always receive excellent care from her. She takes her time to answer my questions. Because of Abby I drive an hour every three months! The front desk staff is wonderful and provides excellent customer service.

Nice guy, but poor liposuction results! I am larger in those areas than I was before surgery!

I walked in very nervous. Only local anesthesia. I heard it would take only one hour for both earlobes to be made smaller. I doubted how it could take only that long, thinking that I also needed the "consult" ahead of time. Dr. McFadden and his nurse assistant were calming and explained everything. They were great. I go back in a week to get my sutures out. Then, I wait only one month before I can get my new normal cute earlobes pierced again (by Dr. M... as I decided I wanted him to do that.)

Everyone in the office was beyond friendly! They did everything they could to make me feel informed and comfortable about my decision. I'm not nervous about my procedure anymore and am excited to go back!

I met with Ashley today so that she could give me direction on how to use my skin care products post laser resurfacing. Ashley was very knowledgeable, precise, and to the point. I appreciate that. A written daily regimen was provided which is most helpful. I absolutely love this facility and the staff! A+

Very impressed with the whole experience. Everyone was sweet and professional. I felt that I will be in good hands with any procedure I may have done I also did not feel any pressure, it was just the opposite. I honestly felt Dr. McFadden and his stuff had my best interest. Thank you for that.
