Rushed, expensive, unconcerned, Possible bias
I write this review with great disappointment. I am truly baffled in the quality of care and lack of concern. Context: I've been experiencing chronic health issues from a young age, in the past 1 1/2 years it has escalated to a severe point leading to 2 different hospitalizations. I'm on antibiotics every month or every other month due to some kind of infection. I have neurological issues/damage, chronic joint pain and gut issues among other things. I have seen dozens of doctors and healthcare professionals who all agree it's immune system related. For added context I am an autistic 23-year-old female with dyed hair. I have 15 different issues with my blood work, 4 related to my ANA factors. Rushed through the appointment, didn't listen, didn't read medical history, poor listener, not thorough, no follow up appointment. The Telehealth is just a phone call. Disagrees on medical urgency of multiple other doctors, and not concerned with quality of life. I am honestly baffled.
