Examination for Workers Comp Case
I crushed 4 toes in a work related accident, I have consulted with 2 highly rated physicians who both concluded they are permanently damaged. Nipper is the physician for workers comp, he spend no more than 5 minutes examining my foot, didn’t go near the damaged toes and he is a liar ~ claims he has offices in Nassau, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx and Queens ~ he is only licensed to practice in Connected. It’s a good thing a videoed the examination.

Victim of Lies from Insurance paid for Dr – Jan 18, 2022
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Nipper?
The worse medical experience ever. This doctor should not be seeing patients. I was scheduled to see him from my workers compensation insurance carrier for a spinal injury and he did not even ask me a question regarding my injury and he did not examine me. all he did was use his rollerblade up and down my calves and sent me home. I was in his office for five minutes tops. Terrible bedside manners, rude, treated me as if I were ignorant and stupid. I felt discriminated. Don't understand how and why he is evaluating patients. The insurance carriers should reconsider using his services.

A liar an embarrassment to all professional doctors out there. Definately an insurance doctor who does not care whom he hurts with false and misleading reports. Writing false reports from tests that he doesn't perform. A disgrace, but karma will get to him.

This guy is an idiot. An insurance "doctor", so definitely a liar. Reported that I did not use any assistance to walk, I use a cane. Reported my range of motion was up to par, I have extremely limited range. Insurance coverage cancelled due to his lies.

This physician is a disgrace to every health professional. I’ve never seen such disrespect and prejudice actions every in my life from a physician. Dr. Nipper needs to be contacted by his superiors. Worst decision of going to him and his office in Flushing NY.
