Dr. Noonan and Mel were amazing. I was looking for another opinion on my tibial plateau fracture treatment plan, and they were so thorough and kind. Mel helped track down my CT scan that was sent from another provider, and she is someone who gets stuff done! I was also so very impressed with the UC Health system in general. So easy to get an appointment, they were able to get me in for an MRI same day, and their My Health portal is awesome. I've used it to send a few messages to different UC Health doctors/staff, and they then respond very quickly. Overall very thankful to be partnering with UC Health / Steadman Hawkins for my treatment.

i saw Gary the PA after I broke my collarbone into 4 pieces. I’m a chronic pain patient and never asked for meds. Since I had to wait 8 days for surgery I called the office and spoke with Mel (their nurse) both times I spoke with her the first thing out of he mouth was”we are not going to prescribe meds” and spoiler alert I never did! The first call was asking for advice on how to sleep, as in sleeping at an angle, etc. I had to reiterate multiple times that I didn’t want pain meds. The second call I was curious about using my lidocaine patches and if she could put me on a cancellation list but the first thing out of he mouth was “we aren’t gonna prescribe you any meds”. Not quite sure what she thinks of me but I can tell she thinks badly of me. To top it off when they did prescribe after surgery she told me that they didn’t prescribe and I was lying. I told Gary about Mel’s attitude and he told me well I need to stop bothering her about pain meds which I never have!

I saw Dr. Noonan for minor afflictions, frozen shoulder and subsequently a separated shoulder from bicycle crash. I cannot understand how a physician so highly skilled in his discipline can get such terrible reviews. Is he losing his A game?

Dr. Noonan and his nurse (Mel) have shown concern and care from day one. Dr. Noonan performed a UCL surgery on my son and was very impressed with the surgical staff and the doctor, they kept me informed during the entire surgery. After surgery doctor and answered all me questions, very knowledgeable. The day of surgery and after surgery my son had very minimal pain. I would go to this doctor a 100 times over and recommend him.

Was one of the most arrogant doctors I’ve had the displeasure of working with. He misdiagnosed my torn labrum, even though I had previously dealt with a torn labrum, and told him exactly what to look for. He tried to tell me that my constant partial dislocations were my new quality of life, and seemingly refused to take me at my word that I knew what it was I was experiencing. Thankfully I was able to find a better doctor who did listen, but visiting Dr. Noonan has a negative impact on my health

I saw Dr. Noonan, with my MRI report in hand, stating a "complete tear" of my ACL. All he did was make fun of me and laugh. First was for being 61 years old and wanting a stable knee so I wouldn't fall again. Another was: "Well, you certainly aren't an athlete" and laughed again. He said: "You're an attorney, can't you just sue your way to a better knee?" He never even examined my knee, just the MRI report. I'll never go back & neither should anyone else.

Dr. Noonan and Steadman Hawkins (SH) are true professionals. SH had a flood the morning of my appt, but they set up temporary computers and kept all their appts anyway. Amazing. Dr. Noonan listened carefully to everything I said and was able to pick out details that led him to a diagnosis that was missed elsewhere. I just left that office feeling relieved knowing that I was getting sound care and advice. I was referred by a friend for which I'm thankful. This review is an effort to pass it on.

I would be extremely cautious using this clinic and Dr. My experience was horrible. I was in Vail and had surgery on my shoulder. Needing to have a follow up, the doctor refused to see me. Even after saying I would register as a new patient Bringing in my medical records. I found the responses curt and unhelpful. Offering no other suggestions. Patient services are very poor.

Dr. Noonan performed surgery on my left leg at Swedish. I contracted a resistance staph infection in the femur during the surgery. He referred me to another orthopedic surgeon who had the knowledge to deal with a bone infection and I never heard from him again. I subsequently had to have my lower femur and knee joint removed and replaced with a metal rod in my femur and total metal knee joint. These guys at Steadman are not the hot shots they represent themselves to be.

Highly recommended. Had both rotator cuffs repaired. Now back to playing competitive tennis at age 73. Left rotator cuff was shredded and very difficult because everything was tearing. He was very patient and after longer than it took for a knee replacement he got the job done as best he could. VERY PATIENT AND METICULOUS

It seemed that since I wasn't a superstar athlete, he really didn't care too much about my knee. I ripped up my knee playing racquetball a couple of years ago, had it scoped by someone else but it's never healed, so I went to what was supposed to the best. His tech x-rayed my knee crooked so that Noonan couldn't really see the gap but he said oh yeah, you're loosing your cartilage. You'll just have to live with it and basically walked out of the room and left his assistant to deal with me.
