Dr. Thomas Nordstrom, MD

Dr. Nordstrom is by far the most professional, skilled, intelligent doctor that has ever treated me. He has been giving me Euflexxa gel shots for my right knee for the last four years or more. His office staff is competent, reliable and also professional. I unfortunately recently relocated to Fredericksburg, VA and dealing with another doctor at the Central Virginia Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Group. The quality of care and office staff is a disgrace to the medical profession. I have been waiting for the office staff to order a Euflexxa gel shot since April 17, 2019. The office staff doesn't know when the shot will arrive and even if was ordered. Compared to Dr. Nordstrom's efficient staff this other place is a circus. I miss the competence of Dr. Nordstom and his staff. Dr. Nordstrom also has an excellent "bed-side manner" which I will never forget. Thank you for all of you have done for me! Deirdre A.

Dr. Nordstrom's office was able to fit me in on short notice when I had a severe back problem. He was efficient, while also taking the time to answer my and my wife's questions, and clear in his explanation of my problem and the treatment that led to a good recovery. I was very pleased with the service and overall with how the office was run....the staff was all pleasant, helpful and it was as I would always hope a visit to a doctor's office would be.

We've been going to Dr. Nordstrom for years! He fixed my husband's torn meniscus and was great with the paperwork when my tailbone was broken when I had my daughter, necessitating a longer recovery time away from work.

He and his staff are, in a word, outstanding. Engaged, listens, explains and really makes you very comfortable with your situation and options. Dude is no nonsense though. Good bedside manner but when it comes to his work, he is no nonsense He was the perfect doc for me for my torn meniscus surgery.

I called Dr. Nordstrom about a TMS matter, which he took the time to discuss with me over the phone and was able to give me peace of mind by getting my history and giving me his opinion. He could have easily told me I needed to make an apt and charge me since I'm paying out of pocket, but he was honest with me and said he doesn't think he would tell me much that I'm not already doing. This to me is integrity and ethical. I've dealt with lots of Drs who were strictly about money, thank you!
