The extraction went well and I have had no pain or swelling. However. when the chair was adjusted so I could get up, the heavy head pad whacked me in the area just below my neckline. I said ouch very emphatically and told the girls that it really hurt me. It is still uncomfortable and I am needing to use a heating pad for comfort. The chair should be adjusted more carefully!

This was my first visit to this office. I had my wisdom teeth extracted. While it is something I generally will have avoided, it was necessary. From the start the front desk staff were helpful and kind. I waited only a short period of time prior to being called back for my procedure. The nursing staff and surgical technician were great and made me feel comfortable and safe prior to anesthesia. Dr. Ocheltree did an excellent job.I have minimal jaw pain following the procedure. I plan to follow the teams written instruction to avoid delayed complications. Thank you for the wonderful and quick service!

The staff was very friendly and professional. I felt comfortable while I waited to be taken back to a procedure room. The nurse/assistant that was with me before, during and after my procedure was very nice and explained everything in detail to me. Which made me feel at ease and informed. Dr. Ocheltree’s manner was quiet but straight forward which I like because I don’t want to be surprised. He made me feel at ease and in capable hands. I didn’t have to wait a long time before I was taken back or before they started on my procedure which I appreciate very much.

I am sure I am like most people and really do not enjoy going to the dentist and hate the bill even more. However, the office staff here really did make it as comfortable as possible. They were friendly and informative. Answered all my questions and made sure I understood my financial responsibility. Dr. Ocheltree was very nice and explained everything he was doing. I saw Dr. Ocheltree for an extraction and later for implant placement. Dr. O and his staff were very professional and caring. When I had concerns following the procedure they got me in promptly and took great care of me. Highly recommend them!

I was not looking forward to getting my tooth extracted, but the office staff and Dr. Ocheltree were great. It was a friendly, professional atmosphere. After I was numb, it was a quick procedure to get my tooth out. I couldn’t believe he was done already! The only pain was getting numb. The rest was easy as pie!

Initially I received a warm and friendly greeting. Afterwards Michelle took excellent care of me. She managed to keep me relaxed the whole time that I was there. Dr Ocheltree was very kind compassionate personable and thorough. I highly recommend this location.

My extraction with Dr. Ocheltree was quick, painless and stress free. We were literally talking and laughing throughout the procedure! His team explained everything and are a thorough pleasure. Thanks everyone!

Dr Ocheltree was awesome but some of the nurses didn't have a clue about what they were doing..and they wouldn't listen to me.The front office ladies were very rude and very loud..
