Clear, concise and professional.
The visit started exactly on time and Dr O’Hagan was very pleasant, thorough well prepared. He did his homework before the examination understanding my symptoms and potential treatment plans before meeting me. Quick, and NOT in a good way
I was in and out very quickly. Didn't really feel like I was listened to, or the situation was explained to me very well. I don't feel that there is a plan for the course of action decided by the doctor. I really feel like the history of my pain wasn't listened to, and he didn't feel like it was worth looking in to. I felt like he was trying to get out the door and on to the next without trying to figure out my problem.
