Dr Tom is very knowledgeable but is not a very good listener. He talks fast at people. It is good to take notes and research the issues discussed on your own to fully understand.

Very straightforward & caring. Accessible
Dr Tom is our concierge dr & we think he’s terrific. He’s honest, can be tough but always places our health first. Has been especially helpful navigating multiple specialists & keep us out of the ER!

I saw Dr. Tom for the first time about 6 weeks ago. He spent 1 and a half hours getting to know me and understand my medical conditions. I have had a follow-up with him about one of my conditions and he immediately sent me more educational information. This visit was about one hour long. He is very interested in understanding the entire patient ... physical, mental, emotional, environmental ... and not just treating the condition you present and then sending you away. He is never more than a phone call away and the online scheduling option is a real plus when I decide I need something soon. Heartily recommended!!
