Gaslighting, dismissive, apathetic
Very incompetent and lazy. Visits are short with no explanation as to what the plan of care will be. His assistant is rude and dismissive. He is rude and dismissive. He doesn't know or is too lazy to care how a pre-auth works. Find someone who wants to help you.

Horrible experience! It took 4 days for this team to call me back. I requested by phone (because they didnt answer the phone during office hours) for a humidification bottle and hospice nursing for my father (his patient).Luckly another doctor of his wrote the orders. Do not use this doctor!
