Very personable
Dr. Tamura was very personable. He explained the test results and plan to my teen daughter in language she understood. We left with a good understanding of the plan.

I don’t know
He was very apologetic that my left sinus is clogged now. Couldn’t see how that could have happened. Took a sample to culture and put me on 3 weeks of antibiotics. But no call to say what was in the culture, and I had to call him to find out what I was supposed to do after I’m done with antibiotics

I really appreciated how comfortable Dr. Tamura made me feel. He came in to the room with a lot of positive energy and then took a seat to listen to me as if we were just having a normal conversation. He listened well, explained things well, and gave me helpful advice.

Fantastic

Amazingly Attentive
Dr. Tamura is an amazing provider; both my daughter and I see him. He is kind, open, and a good listener. When I struggled to describe my symptoms, he encouraged me and said I was doing well. He took my subjective feelings seriously. He involved me in decision making and collaborated well. I am so thankful for Dr. Tamura.

Regional Best
Dr Tamura and staff were a pleasure to work with. I have been trying for over a year to get assistance with my condition and felt like after numerous appointments with other physicians who all seemed to pat me on the head and prescribed another pill I finally got to a doctor who listened and started me on a path to success, hopefully. For the first time in months I do feel hope. The person who gave me the recommendation of Dr Tamura was spot on: “ He ‘s the BEST in the region”.

Poor Service
I came to Dr. Tamura in a lot of pain and left the appointment crying because he only wanted to prescribe allergy medications despite asking for help with the pain. Not to mention I was requested to have a hearing test completed to show results I already told them. Later that evening I had to go to urgent care to get help with the pain. I will not be returning.
