Even if you have an appointment, prepare to wait 2-3 hours to be seen. The office never answers the phone, the doctor does not care, this is the worst office ever! Would not recommend to anybody!

one of the worst doctors i've ever been to. 90% of the times i can call during the day is met with busy signal, when they do answer put on hold a lot. just now receptionist she asks if she can put me on hold but doesn't even wait for response and just puts me on hold lol why even ask, was on hold for 10mins then hung up on. wait times long, late to video calls, during the call i asked one question to get a refill on a medication and he said to make a new appointment and hung up on me cause i didn't specify it when making the appointment. waited 30mins for him and my appointment lasted less then 10mins and he couldn't take an extra couple mins to refill my med. never in my life has a doctor ever done this to me before lmao i suffer from adhd and can forget somethings and previous doctors have all taken the couple mins to answer questions or refill meds. i get doctors can be late but he just doesn't seem to really care and trying to get appointments are terrible trouble enough.

Best doctor I have ever had in 50 years. Very good at explaining situations and up to date options. Highly recommend Dr Tan to anyone who needs a doctor that will care and listen to you.

Dr. Tan took as much time as needed with me, waiting time is long, but that is because he takes time with his patients... worth the wait.
