The Ocala office is Allergic to being ADULTS. Ghosts patients it can’t HELP? Gets you out of office with a promise ti call? Wasn’t worth the co-pay or the drive.

After months of sinus problems he made a treatment plan and we implemented it , a couple months later I haven’t had an issue since .

"Dr. Westbrook was very polite, professional, great sense of humor And made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. He seems on top of things and right away felt he may know what's going on with me. He ordered blood work and a cat scan to see me back in 2 weeks. The nurse was awesome and also put me at ease. However the front office is not as Friendly, the communication even trying to make an appointment is overwhelming, frustrating and enough to make a preacher wanna cuss! They DO NOT ANSWER or RETURN calls which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional! It's been 2 weeks and despite the Many phone calls, and messages, I'm still waiting for the orders to be sent for CT scan and a call back from Office manager. If it weren't for the nurse and Dr. Westbrook as well as the issues I'm dealing with in my ears I probably would move on. My ear is in SEVERE pain & no antibiotics until Dr. Westbrook gets results back yet no idea what the status of the CT scan orders are. At this point I'm not sure if I can recommend this office due to the lack of communication n concerns of front office, which is such a shame being it's hard to find Dr.s that are not just qualified but show compassion, genuine concern and confidence they can help, as Dr. Westbrook showed me "

I've found this practice to be very unprofessional. I highly recommend you seek medical care elsewhere.

With my son, he tried to do too much too fast. My son is allergic to so many things, that he was given two shots each time and needed to wait an hour after each one to make sure he didn’t have a reaction. However, he had a reaction each time and never got to the second shot. Evidently he put too much in each. He should have backed down on the amounts and just went with one shot at a time over more years. We were self pay, and would have had to pay for what I felt was his error. Likewise with me, I told him upfront that I had what I felt was an allergic reaction to mold and mildew. He tested me and then said that mold / mildew were a “ sensitivity” NOT an allergy so there was no immunization shot for it. I felt like he just wanted the money. Actually helping effectively to earn the money wasn’t necessary.

After the 3rd time waiting for over 2 hours. We will not be returning. 5 mins is all we got with the doctor. The nurse came explained everything, not the doctor. The front staff is incredibly rude.

I took my 3 year old son to see Dr. Westbrook and he was so rude. He left the door open during our visit and was anxious to leave the room the whole time. Did not explain a course of treatment or plan of action. He did not sit down and discuss options of testing or why he wanted to start a certain medicine. I will be going to a new doctor and we will never go back. Horrible experience. Also, it took multiple calls with the office to even schedule an appointment. The nurse was great, only positiv
