Dr Tran is the best ever ob/gym doctor I have. A doctor with excellent & professional bedside manner. She is compassionate and caring, always friendly & cheerful, put me at ease during exam & in answering my concern! Dr Tran promptly notified me of lab/test results and gave satisfactory explanation and appropriate recommendation. I highly recommend her.

Dr Tran is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She monitored my high risk pregnancy very well and five years after the birth she found the lump in my breast that turned out to be breast cancer. I wouldn’t go to any other doctor; she’s the best.

Horrible bedside manner. I was so aggressive during my pelvic that I was in so much pain and she all the while too busy chatting with my husband, cracking jokes to even realize. Her advice is outdated and non-evidence-based. She made me anxious every visit to the point I changed OBs after which I realized that she missed doing a whole slew of tests during the first 2 months of my pregnancy.

I went to see Dr. Tran as I saw many good reviews about her online, and had a couple of doctor visits. However, I made a big mistake and it took me a long time to realize it.
She failed my D&C and made me think it was my fault as the shape of uterus was abnormal. However, 2 years later I had another D&C (bad luck again) when I had twins, and my new OB said there was no issues at all when operating on me.

Waiting hours is terrible. She or her nurse never answered the phone or called me back even though I left their message the serious problems with her prescription. Her billing is terrible, charged my insurance $500 for that visit, which i spent 60 minutes of waiting, 15 minutes of her exam. Two lab tests were charged $1,000. I was truly upset about her services and bills. I would never come again.

All the doctors at this practice that i've seen (Tran, Apgar, Renzi) are excellent, but Dr. Tran is my favorite for the extra effort she takes to get to know her patients and answer questions. She recently delivered my baby and was highly professional. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time.
