Dr. Pham, in my first visit, after I was seen by her assistant, she left me in examine room for over a half hour, no came to tell me an, so I got dressed and left, unprofessional, rude and unacceptable. I told the front desk that I was leaving. I’m my way home , she called and apologized , she was very sorry, so I gave her another chance. My next visit was ok. On my third visit she left me again in the examining room, hadn’t seen Herat all, her assistant did all the work, again left me for over a half hour, I finally opened door and called out to her assistant, if I could get dressed, she said yes, so I did, she came in about 10 minutes later with her assistant, seemed quit angry, I was very quiet, listened to her, was really pushing this one procedure, and sorts of making fun of my age. I asked for reading material on these procedures, and I said I would discuss with my family and let her know. Un real, this is totally unacceptable, unp, and Rude beyond belief. So sad to have to endure , such treatment!! I give her ab F

Excellent. Always honest with my condition. Listened and answered any questions that I had. Her and her fellows have been there for me when another urologist who did the first surgery pushed me to the side. They explained everything. By far Dr. Pham and her team have been life savers. Recovering from the surgery now and listening to everything she said.

I have been struggling with pelvic floor dysfunction since having gotten married. In the additional visit , the doctor was kind and a plan was made although I barely had a chance to ask questions - most of the questions were directed and answered by the fellow. I returned to Dr. Pham's office due to increasing pain and she barely let me talk and ask questions. She left with me in tears and with no idea where to turn.

Dr. Pham and her team are the best. They treated me with respect and care. Clinic is busy but I never felt rushed. Dr. Pham took time to make sure that my family and I had all of our questions answered. Surgery went smooth and I’m doing great! Would highly recommend.

I had a terrible experience with this doctor. She forgot me and left me in the waiting room to be seen for 70 minutes. It was 10:10 am, my appointment was at 9 am. Nurses said go back in room, she would see me. She came in angry, no apology. She practically yelled that there were 3 courses to take, that’s it. I have read of other avenues to take but she would not discuss any with me. Waste of my time and money, she was horrible!
