Dr. Tia Heng, MD

Dr. Heng was great. Sorry to hear she's leaving. It seems that staffing at that facility is a challenge. I have been a patient there for over 15 years and it seem that it has been in steady decline. The staff has always been friendly and helpsome the best Doctor has been Dr. H.

This was my last visit with Dr. Heng since she is leaving the practice here. I will miss her because she's been terrific.

Dr.Heng has always been very pleasant with me. and upfront. If I want her to do testing, imaging, or referrals. and she feels they are needed, she doesn't hesitate to order them. I'm sorry to hear that she is leaving her practice here. I will miss her. Wishing her much luck in whatever she does for her future.

Dr. Heng was very professional and detailed. She immediately requested my annual blood work and discussed any other issues of blood pressure, cholesterol, medication and any of my questions. Thank you Dr. Heng and I wish you weren't leaving!!

Not sure. Dr. Heng was very short with my questions. Did not express empathy or show concern for my overall well being. She as very distant and made me feel uncomfortable.

She listens well and let's you explain your problems in your own words.

Dr. Heng seems only to be interested in filling out your profile (medical history) on her computer and not in talking to you about your concerns. She does not answer questions directly, and seems only interested in making sure all the columns on her spreadsheet are filled out. She does not make you feel comfortable as a patient.

Dr.Heng always listens to what I have to say. I really like her a lot!

It was great, Dr Heng does an excellent job.

I had my annual visit with Dr. Heng and had all of my questions answered as well as she setting up needed bloodwork and other exams.

Don't see this Doctor unless you want to wait, be insulted and get no results. Wish i could get a refund. No bedside manner, rushed and no apology for making me wait.

Please read-I can't stress enough how I don't want another patient to feel as we did during/after our visit with this "Dr." Unfortunately ALL of the negative reviews are spot on. Did not greet us nor make any eye contact during the entire appointment. She was frustrated if you answered her question with more than a one word response. She kept her eyes glued to her laptop. She showed NO compassion or concern. At what I can only assume was the end of the visit she picked up her computer and left the room...no words....no goodbye, nothing, she just left? I have never seen a "Dr." with this terrible and abrupt bedside manner.

VERY DIS APPOINTED THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST VISIT, NOTHING CHANGES WITH THIS DOCTOR NEVER MAKES EYE CONTACT [NEVER ],NEVER ASKS HOW ARE YOU FEELING ?NEVER TAKES HER EYES OFF THE COMPUTER LAP TOP SHE JUST SITS MAKEING NOTES WITH OUT ASKING ANY OR DARN FEW QUESTIONS .THE REVIEW SHE SENDS IS TOPICS WE DISCUSSED, WE NEVER DIS CUSSED, MAYBE ONE OR TWO OLD TOPICES AT THAT .AND THIS WAS,LIKE HAVE YOU OR ARE YOU, WHICH REQUIRES A NO OR YES THATS ALL !!!!SHE NEVER GETS INTO A MEDICAL DISCUSSUION , YOU DO NOT NEED TO EVER SHE THIS DOCTOR JUST E-MAIL IT IS A WASTE OF TIME TO COME IN.THE STAFF IS GOOD BUT THATS IT .DO NOT SEE HOW SHE IS IN HER POSTION OF HEALTH AND WELL BEING !!!!!!
