My husband and I have been his patients for three years. I would rate him a ten. He takes his time and we never feel rushed during our visits. His staff is just as wonderful. Dr Miguel’s credentials are excellent which was very important to us when we were looking for q doctor after we moved to Florida full time .

Great Internist in Boca Raton
I am one of Dr. Miguel's first patients. No one wants to be a primary anymore because they work so hard with so many patients just to make a living that is worth it. They love what they do but are probably the most underpaid profession there is and with more responsibility, too. So to get someone as knowledgable, caring and skilled with a great educational pedigree, as well, I consider myself fortunate. He is always there for me at his great office with caring, nice staff, or via email, and he never complains about when I get to him, off-hours, whatever, he cares and is available. Just a great board certified internist.

Not really a concierge doctor
We have been patients of Dr. Miguel’s for the past two years. After one comment about how we felt he wasn’t fulfilling his obligations as a concierge doctor, he decided to fire us as patients. We spent 7 months in Chicago, and only heard from him once. When my husband returned to Florida to have cancer treatment, Dr. Miguel never reached out to check in. He also never followed up with our new oncologist to discuss my husband’s medical history. I am disappointed and frustrated he decided to fire us as patients in the midst of my husband’s new cancer diagnosis. I called to ask for a simple blood test and he turned us away. It is very difficult to find a new doctor at this time of the year. We could have used his help. He obviously did not take the hippocratic oath. If you are looking for a concierge doctor, keep looking. He does not fit the bill.

As a retired internist myself, I wanted the highest level of care for myself and family. Although quite healthy, we realize that all is fine and then suddenly you need a quarterback and guide. Dr. Miguel has been accessible ,conscientious, knowledgeable and informed. In short, we consider ourselves fortunate to be under his excellent care!! SG

Dr. Miguel is a horrible person and NOT worth the ridiculous cost of $3600 per year more than ANY other concierge dr in South Florida. Please shop around before choosing him as your dr. The staff is extremely rude and DR. TIAGO MIGUEL has a HUGE chip on his shoulder. You will have to walk on egg shells with DR. TIAGO MIGUEL and he will drop you like nothing if you say the wrong thing because he can! BEWARE! There are so many other great concierge drs around that charge $1800-$2500 tops but DR. TIAGO MIGUEL is NOT one of them.

I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Miguel and become one of his patients. I never realized how important the primary/internal medicine physician was in healthcare. I am someone with multiple health issues and am under the care of a handful of specialists, but never had anyone take charge of the whole picture of my health. I am six months into my relationship with his practice, and feel much healthier already. He has worked to adjust medications from my specialists to be more compatible with one another in my body, has been aggressive about ensuring certain problems do not come back as opposed to just helping me get through flare ups, and I have lost over 50 pounds so far under his guidance. He is very caring and makes me feel like he has a personal interest in my well-being. He talks to me about "our shared health concerns" (his phrasing) and he truly means it that way. I give him my highest recommendation.

Dr. Miguel is the most amazing internist that I have ever gone to. He’s kind, compassionate and thorough. If you are debating whether to use a concierge physician, make sure you interview this young doctor before making any decisions.

Smart, patient, and compassionate describe Dr. Miguel. When I first went to him a few years ago, he helped me resolve a chronic problem that I’d had for years. I transferred my mother to him, and my husband will soon follow. The office staff is kind and accommodating, and the whole office is brand new and sparkling clean
