I have had too many experiences at medical offices, where the doctor is rushed and behind schedule and I am told that he or she will be right with me while the clock ticks away. More often than not, I believe that my blood pressure goes up until the doctor walks in. Dr. Xia was different. The fact that she was relaxed, helped me do the same. She clearly explained the positives and negatives of a potential operation. Time was not an issue which helped me with all the concerns I wanted addressed.
