I am writing this review for my 97 year old Uncle because I am HORRIFIED at how he was treated at Dr. Zhao's office! My Uncle broke his #4 Lumbar vertebrae in mid August 2021 & has been in horrible pain. He could not get an appt. with Dr. Zhao until 9/29, SIX weeks later. On the day of the appt, the nursing home driver took my Uncle to the DR's office but had difficulty finding parking, which she needed to safely park to get my Uncle out of the van. By the time my uncle arrived in the doctor's office, he was 20 minutes late & they turned him AWAY. No, they didn't bother trying to work him in! They rescheduled him for 2 WEEKS later which was today. He got there on time & they turned him away AGAIN saying that the doctor is not taking new patients! That was known 2 months ago when they set up his original appointment! Dr Zhao, you should be ashamed of yourself & your staff for treating patient this way, but WORSE because this man is 97 and has been in excruciating pain for 2 months!

Dr Zhao continues to amaze me beyond belief. Having chronic lower back pain and seeing multiple neuro surgeons I had no luck or relief. My first visit to Dr Zhao changed all that. The relief was not from drugs or pain medicine rather her highly skilled application of injections ESI . Her skill at the proper site provided relief not found in over 20 years.Additionally her positive up beat attitude provided great hope and results.Dr. Zhao is by far one of the finest physicians I have ever meet!
