Waited 31 minutes in the reception area to be told that Dr. Lipsey had gotten called in for a delivery birthing. Understandable, somewhat! Yet was told that I would be seen by a mid-wife, not asked, then waiting another 53 minutes in the examination room without anyone coming to see me, finally got dressed and went to the front receptionist and told to wait & reschedule, waited 8 minutes while observing the office clerks laughing & having fun. Couldn't let this impact my grieving status.
