No Compassion and Incompetent
Telehealth
I met with Dr. Cao once for a telehealth appointment. I went over everything from my medication/treatment history in detail in my first session and she was click clacking away on her computer as if she were taking notes, but when she sent my prescriptions, they were inaccurate and she blamed it on me saying I didn't tell her the exact information I definitely told and repeated to her (because I could tell she wasn't attentive). She also tried to take me off a medication that was helping me, but she didn't even taper my dose, which can be dangerous. It was also difficult to speak to her as there was a bunch of noise in the background-street noise, also a dog or something constantly barking next to her. She had her background blurred, but that made it more distracting. I had recently come out of the hospital so I was very vulnerable and she had no compassion or care in her treatment of me. I felt so much anxiety in dealing with her and found a new doctor as soon as I possibly could.

Least therapeutic psych I’ve ever seen
I saw Dr. Cao a handful of times via telehealth appointments. Every time we spoke, her microphone was very low, she was in a dingy-looking apartment, and there was the sound of a garbage truck or some other beeping intrusion going the entire time without her referencing it or apologizing for it. She would ask standard questions going down a list, nod as if she had listened to what I said, but continue going down the list without responding to anything specifically. I would actually be surprised if this person were not an NPC in the simulation of our universe that I, and anyone reading this, is currently experiencing. If someone were in a true mental health crisis and looking for a diagnosis or any kind of therapeutic input besides writing a prescription for the most basic medication, I would recommend avoiding this person in order to keep the condition from deteriorating further.

Awful experience with Tiffany Cao!
My first time seeking psychiatric treatment for depression and sadly, it was not pleasant. Initial appointment & follow up with Tiffany Cao @ mind health community psychiatry were telehealth and both were fairly quick. She appeared very cold and not welcoming. She misdiagnosed me and was not able to treat my depression. In her notes she indicated that she provided counseling to me which is inaccurate, as she barely even spoke. She is not compassionate and did not make me feel comfortable. If you want successful mental health treatment, please find a more experienced, understanding and caring psychiatrist.

Dr. Cao lacks sympathy and compassion, two essential components to making a great psychiatrist. I've had trouble communicating with Dr. Cao as she doesn't seem to listen or care about my issues/concerns. I would not recommend Dr. Cao to anyone!
