Dr. Tiffany Chen, MD

I didn’t find Dr Chen warm and seemed rushed. She’s also impossible to schedule. Lastly, and most importantly, she gave terrible advice during a difficult time. Go see someone else.

Dr. Chen has been nothing short of amazing in caring for me in various OB/GYN situations. She helped me through my pregnancy care and birth of my daughter and was incredibly understanding of my incoming perspectives, and balanced that very well with scientific recommendations, ultimately helping me come to a decision that was right for me and my body and situation. She is great at laying out the options and helping you make a decision that is both right for you and medically sound. After unfortunately experiencing a miscarriage, I don’t think there’s anyone other than Dr. Chen I would have liked to have care for me. She was quick to respond, incredibly attentive, took calls at home and arrived early to care for me in my time of need. She advocated for the medically recommended care, but also listened to my concerns and preferences. She is to the point when needed, but still very understanding and human. I can’t recommend her enough.

I posted an earlier review that I need to take back. I had another encounter with Dr. Chen that was nothing less than traumatic. I felt like I'd been written off the second she walked in the room. I was terrified of a sad outcome again. I literally didn't have enough time to decide whether or not I was ready to open my eyes during the ultrasound before she said, "There's nothing there." Then while I was in shock, I was roughly told to put my pants back on because they needed the room. I had no time to get any more information or process what was happening. Then I got shoved into another and give a shot that I wasn't sure why I needed it administered there. I called the next day to demand a referral to a specialty ultrasound, which they did provide. That ultrasound confirmed there was a pregnancy. I at least got to see it so I could say goodbye. No thanks to Dr. Chen.

She is so kind, caring, compassionate and an overall GREAT listener. She always explains things so well so when you leave the office you feel knowledgeable in the care that you were given. I would highly recommend Dr. Chen to anyone looking for an amazing OB/GYN!

Can't say enough wonderful things about Dr Chen. My first visit was so nice and informational. Dr Chen went through parts of my medical history that would pose issues for a pregnancy, and helped paint a picture of the care plan and ideas for treatment. I really appreciated how warm and open she was. I felt she took her time and listened to what I said. She made me annul exam painless and stress free. Love her and recommend her to others!

Didn't read my file at all and asked me about my deceased child while in stirrups. Told me the last implant she removed required intense surgery and that it might hurt. Careless and carefree. Not a doctor I would ever want to see again!!
