A diamond in the rough amongst neurologist.
Her ability to diligently meet needs of highly complex patients. Efficient. Excellent ability to document encounters and display amazing continuity of care regardless of space between appts. Goes above and beyond in keeping communications open. Encouraging! Noble! Fierce Advocate in the battle with gov insurance. Compassionate without compromise! Losing her sucks for a patient AND a clinic.

Dr. Eady is very skilled and compassionate.
Dr. Eady was not scheduled to see me on my last visit. I was extremely late for my appointment, but she made the decision to see me herself. I was experiecing extreme anxiety over a landlord giving me a 30 day notice to vacate my apartment. Dr. Eady listened to my concerns, called my landlord who acted as agrogantly and sarcastic ly as he does with me. I felt badly about the way he spoke to her. His tone and attitude toward her didn't foil her attempt to help me out with dealing with this difficult man. In fact, after she called him she faxed he and all relevant parties involved in my moving out of my residence into my intended one. Dr. Eady went above and beyond her scope of duty as my neurologist. I sincerely thank her and wholeheartedly trust my healthcare to her.

My mother has dementia and is a patient of Dr. Tiffany Eady. My father, sister and I have each called Dr. Eady's office three times asking Dr. Eady to refill a dementia prescription for my mom. Not only has Dr. Eady not called in the refill prescription but she has refused to return any of our calls. From my experience with Dr. Eady I would not entrust her with any patient care.
