TERRIBLE
Telehealth
I went to her through Teladoc and she was very rude. I was excited to choose a black women to be seen by! And she deflated my excitement immediately. The things she told me were true but she was very demeaning and her tone was condescending. I’m sure she’s highly acclaimed but customer service matters.

Sad
Telehealth
I met with Dr. Hendricks today via Teledoc. She was walking on the treadmill during our appointment which was very unprofessional in my opinion. Her tone was condescending, she was not empathetic, she showed absolutely no sympathy and there was not even a greeting or closing statement of care or concern. It was really disheartening coming from a doctor, especially an African American female as am I. She seemed to not really care. She seems to be a contributor to the stereotype that all black woman have bad attitudes. I wish I would have read her reviews before choosing her because it appears that this is her pattern. Very sad..

Knowledgeable and compassionate Doctor
I had a virtual visit through Teladoc Dr Hendricks was professional and knowledgeable. She took time to listen and then to give a teachable moment concerning my diagnosis. Dr. Hendricks established a clear plan of care for moving forward.

I utilized the Blue Care service provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield and after waiting from 10:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. and being the next patient, she logged off apparently. I'm sick and due to COVID 19 we are on a stay at home proclamation. In doing my part to combat this virus and protect myself, I used the tele-doctor service. I cannot believe a doctor would be so unkind.

My mother saw Dr. Hendricks on LiveHealth on 01/26. I have never seen or heard of such an unprofessional "doctor" in my entire life! She was very combative, argumentative, rude, and unsympathetic. Dr. Hendricks also said my mother had the flu or some kind of virus, but my mom went to one of our local brick and mortar health facilities and they prescribed her with an antibiotic for bronchitis, just as my mom tried to tell Dr. Hendricks she had, but she would not listen! $25 down the drain!

I will never recommend this doctor to any friend or family member. No way. See her at your own risk. If you want a doctor with a ghetto attitude, and could careless how much pain you are in, then this doctor is for you. Worst attitude having doctor I have ever experienced. Who wants to deal with a ghetto attitude when you are sick? And in pain? Nothing got accomplished, she just stole my money.
