Dr. Dygert made me feel calm and assured with my heart issues. He put me in touch with the OHSU cardiac surgeons for Mitral Valve surgery when Open Heart not viable. I would highly recommend his expertise.

Dr. Dygert, you are already my cardiologist. I was scared before, I am not anymore. The way you spoke to me was calming and reassuring. The scheduler will be making me an appointment soon (within the next 2 to 4 weeks) however I need to know if I can increase my Lisinopril from one 20mg tab to two 20mg tabs? I have been taking my heart seriously. I monitor my blood pressure at least twice a day. From [5-15-21 B/P 140/105], [5-28-21 B/P 114/73], stayed like that [6-16-21, my B/P was 117/78], .... [6-4-21 B/P was 106/78], STARTS INCREASE 6-7-21 B/P 128/90 .. 6-9-21 B/P 132/90, 6-14-21 B/P 142/105 tonight 6-16-21 B/P 147/105, blood pressure monitored while lying down. I have all but eliminated salt and sugar, I am being much more active (exercise by working), I think have built a tolerance to the medication. Please may I double my Rx from 20mg to 40mg? My blood pressure was doing so well, and no reason that I can think of my B/P is raising up. Please email me or call me at 541-582-3876
