Arrogance
He was rude. Had no interest in who you are. Liked to hear him self talk. Said you were in denial if you disagreed. Talked at you. Did nor give you information what the exact diagnosis was. Never treated as badly by any doctor before. Worst ever

I would not even recommend this Doctor
He is very arrogant and impatient, likes to hear himself talk. I have never been treated in such a manner. I can see why he has the ratings he has. There is ample room for improvement.

Went to see Dr. Betz for follow-up appointment on Thursday, April 30th. Felt very uncomfortable. Front desk worker did not have on mask. Nurse assistant had on no mask or gloves. Dr. had on no mask and coughed into his hands while talking to me. Saw no practice of hand sanitizing even though COVID-19 practices displayed upon entering the office. Radiology tech had on no PPE either. I just don't understand especially in light of COVID-19 and because this is a doctor's office, while the staff were not wearing PPE. Makes no sense.

When I finally got to see the Dr., it was a good experience. The front staff never came out of called me from the window on an update after I sat there over 45 minutes.

New patient from 6 months ago. Had a nodule found on CT’scan. They don’t answer fone, thought having phone issues but seeing others made same comment that fone isn’t always answered..I brought in cd disc of Ctscan but doctor said he didn’t have the equipment to view the disk. What pulmonary doctor is not set up to view a disk with Ctscan..Upon checking in they couldn’t find my files either. Seemed too unorganized but he was nice doctor. Afraid I will be looking for another Pulmonary doctor..

Dr. Betz didn't seem interested in listening to my comments or the findings of other doctors. I don't believe he did all he could to diagnose my health issues. My internist's office and I wasted a lot of time playing phone tag with their office. There were delays on his staff's part while scheduling tests, and on his part reviewing the results. My internist later saw an issue on one of my tests that he didn't mention.

I am trying to make an appointment for almost two weeks already. If someone picks up (most of the time I just get a busy signal) I am put on hold for quite some time and then asked to leave my name and number. I left it repeatedly and never received a call back.
