The Best!
It took us two years and two awful MD's to find Dr. Blackner. He is kind, caring and will listen to you. He doesn't rush you and asks a lot of questions to assess your situation. I have had some serious medical issues and am so thankful to have Dr. Blackner as my primary care doctor.
