Dr. Bodnar is a terrific physician
Dr Bodnar is my VA provider and Endo who has treated me for Graves Disease and provided referrals for Thyroid Eye Disease. He works with a team of superior Ear, Neck and Throat Surgeons, TED specialists with U of M Ann Arbor, they are the best! This is a difficult disease for the providers, surgeons and patients. It's multi-faceted and a complete emotional roller coaster for patients.. These professionals have tolerated a lot due to the emotional toll of this disease and my anxiety. They have been nothing but professional and experts in their fields. They work well as a team of specialized physicians to identify and implement the best course of treatment. If it's surgery, or just medication and management of symptoms, they work together and listened, answered any and all questions and executed my thyroidectomy with precision and excellence. If you are dealing with issues such as thyroid disorders, TED or diabetes, he is well-connected, patient and an overall excellent physician.

Understand, considerate and knowledgeable
I have been diagnosed with Graves Disease. Unchartered and stressful water. Dr. Bodnar took the time to explain the condition, listened to my concerns about the AntiThyroid medicine was kind, caring as well as empathetic. He is responsive to updates regarding my condition and calls back in a timely manner. I am grateful he is my Endocrinologist.

I thought I was at the end of a fruitless and hopeless journey and almost didn’t go to the appointment. Dr Bodnar asked intelligent, probing questions that demonstrated he was interested in and serious about helping me. The journey is not over.

Dr. Bodnar is a keeper, I only saw him once but I knew immediately that we are a good match. I have unique health issues and was searching for a health care provider who will listen and be accessible when needed. He addressed my concerns with kindness and patience. Having a son who is also a doctor, I understand how demanding this job can be. I had two previous endocrinologists who did not poses the level of care Dr. Bodnar has. He is young and progressive, just what I need and appreciate. ??
