My visit went well. He has a great bedside manner. He ordered an MRI and found the problem right away. I had surgery and now I need a total knee replacement Dr. Cool did the repair on my knee but because of bone on bone I now need the knee replaacement.

I am getting really upset...left a voice mail 2 times...last time to Diane yesterday and for some reason I never get a phone call back, even though I ask for it. ALSO I have asked to be added to the Portal, but like I said, I never receive a phone call back from the doctors office

Do not let him shoulder surgery .Dr. Cool and a helping doctor ,2 doctors did mine and it came undone .I got to get it re done and insurance does not pay for a helping doctor either He waited til I was going under to tell me that a doctor was helping or I would have told him NO ,NO ,NO way. Grade F -He could give me my money back As a mech. if I fix a car and it is not right I would give the money back .And it said that I had to give a star rating to be able to do this or I would have given no star

He replaced both my knees 15 yrs ago and I haven't had pain in my knees(other than the incision) since. I also saw him when I broke my wrist 3 yrs ago. I won't use anyone else as long as he is practicing.

He’s a good doctor but the staff is very rude . I wouldn’t recommend him because of the staff. I didn’t feel welcomed at all.

Love Dr. Cool. He is the best of the best. Mechanical Engineer & Orthopedic surgeon. Did a great job on both of my hip replacements 2 years ago.

Staff especially Linda was rude, we would have been new patients but after talking to her and the front desk I would never refer him. Bad staff!!
