I was very pleased with the care I received by Dr. Egan and his team. He and his team are kind, caring and respectful. Dr. Egan listened carefully to my concerns and addressed them in a reassuring manner. I am completely satisfied with my Interactions with Dr. Eagan and Baystate Health which is the reason I drive 50 miles to remain his patient. I am very thankful for the excellent care I have received for nearly three years now. Thank you for the opportunity to share my opinion concerning the excellent care I have been receiving.

Simply the best
Dr. Egan.. there are no words, that can explain, just how amazing Dr. Egan is. He will study your entire chart, listen to you, and hear what you are saying. He is so focused on you when you explain your symptoms. He has always been spot on with his treatments, and diagnosis. He sees 4 of my family members, and has helped us all. He is also, very pleasant, and makes you feel comfortable. He's extra special. <3
