Horrible experience! Dismissive of patient’s health concerns; Loud & sarcastic tone, & when told he was being offensive he didn’t have the professionalism to apologize. The worse experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. The staff at the office was kind & treated patients amazingly but he is bringing the office down.

Dr Fry is excellent caring and professional
I have been seeing Dr Fry for almost more than 20 years - I have always as well as my husband received excellent care with professional manners! Easy to make appointments and truly cares about you! Thanks Dr Fry, your nurse and staff!

Rude and ignorant
Extremely unprofessional. Wanted to get back on medication for blood pressure, so requested a new prescription. Office told me to come in for an appointment first. Doctor proceeded to lecture me about how I was wasting my time coming in and that I should have come on months ago, even though his office told me to. Family issues prevented me from coming in earlier. Worst health care experience I have ever had.

Unprofessional and Incompetent
I saw Dr. Fry for pain behind my right knee. I could literally not walk. First, Dr. Fry demanded I take my mask off. I declined. He was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, had no empathy, no compassion. He stated I “must have pulled something”. He suggested to take 800 mg Ibuprofen. As someone who takes as little medicine as possible, I indicated that this was too much (for me). At that point, he jumped up and ran out of the room like a mad man saying, Okay, have fun then! I had to limp after him asking, How am I suppose to treat this? What am I supposed to do? He simply said, Ibuprofen and ice. – For how long? Am I supposed to rest the leg? Do exercises? Physical therapy? He did NOT provide any care instructions or treatment options. I had also requested a note for work while he was still in the room. He ignored my request His nurse (very kind and funny) finally asked me if I needed something and assisted. I will never ever see him again even if he is the last doctor on earth!

Just wanted to leave another 1 star review. He doesn’t even deserve that. My grandmother is now fighting for her life at the hospital because he couldn’t be bothered to return her call. Dont trust him with my family ever again. We are never returning to that practice.

I found Dr Fry to be the old-fashioned type who has no desire to hear your ideas about your health. My real reason for dropping him is because his administrative and communication skills are very bad. He uses a clunky communication tool called MyChart. If find MyChart to be difficult to use. Most frustrating for me is that it is very difficult to speak to a human being via telephone. The phone system is the 'tree' type (Press 1 for appointments...). If you are calling about an issue for which there is not a branch on the phone tree then you are out-of-luck.

Dr. Fry may very well be an adequate medical practitioner, but if mutual respect and trust are important to you, I would not recommend seeing him. His holier-than-thou attitude and rude behavior left me with the distinct impression that he believes respecting patients is not an important part of his role as a doctor.

I don't understand why he has gotten the poor reviews. I've had him as my primary for about 3 years. Always had a good experience. He's friendly, professional & he is not pushy. Don't want vaccines? His response to that is "ok" & that's the end of it. I called on a Monday with an Issue I was concerned with. I was seen the next day. I had no insurance at the time. It only cost $49 to be seen and have my concerns put to rest. Other staff was friendly as well. Overall always a pleasant experience.

I've been seeing Tim for several years as my primary doctor - since he had a private practice in Edgewater. I wet to him because he was smart, caring, did everything that could be done, and spent the necessary time with you. He is now part of the Annapolis Primary Group and the change has been dramatic. Sadly, dramatically for the worse. Everything always seems rushed and he is very quick to refer you to someone else. I'm guessing that a big part of the reason for that is because he is now p

DO NOT SEE OR SEND ANYONE TO THIS DOCTOR! He was horrible, very cold. He just wanted to write prescriptions or refer me elsewhere and didn't address any of my concerns. Had to ask him to move from the computer and actually do a physical exam. I mean he didn't even shine a light in my throat, listen to my lungs/ heart, etc. Then got a copy of my records; they were all wrong and had some pretty offensive comments about me and our visit. I will be filling a grievance with the department of health

Dr. Fry is a good Doctor but the practice is not great. One or two members of the staff was rude. The others were nice but they all seemed stressed out. I also had a billing issue that took a while to get resolved. But besides that I knew it was not the place for me. If Dr. Fry moves to one of the other office locations in this group, I would strongly consider joining him again.

Dr. Fry chose to join Annapolis Primary Care a couple years ago. I am sure there are good reasons to join a larger practice but the level of care and attention you receive has significantly dropped at the larger practice. The office staff seems over stressed and difficult to deal with. Getting services means you take a number and wait. Obtaining appointments and prescription refills or referrals requires working with the over taxed and unhelpful staff. I don't recommend this doctor and staff.
